Maximum of 2000 Garrison Resources every 2 weeks. This is not very likely as you would have to run both the Air Supremecy mission as well as the actual cache mission while changing a counter on all 4 ships used. This cost can be covered by your garrisons passive generation, but you will only have 1 Garrison Resource per day to spare if you had to keep this pace.

Keeping 6 of your ship slots reserved to be able to counter any cache mission that can spawn.

Am I reading your guide correctly?

We must build and trash 22-41 ships until we get the correct random build chance at the perfect crew (Human/Undead/Pandaren) and the right equipment (Food Bay or Noisemaker Mines) when it upgrades from Uncommon to Rare and Rare to Epic?

I can't imagine the hopeless dread I will feel to just destroy my newly upgraded Epic submarine with the perfect success chance crew when I see that it doesn't have the food bay or the noisemaker mines when it upgraded.

For all 6 ships you describe needing for these treasure missions, Is this true?

Then after all that madness, we must juggle the area buffs as well? I think I would just rather raid after all.

On the missions themselves, I noticed that unlike Highmaul/Foundry follower missions, you do NOT get a Citadel cache that is 1 level above your usual raiding difficulty. This becomes an issue as Raid Finder items are not only weaker in terms of ilvl, their trinkets are also disproportionately weaker (or you could say that trinkets from Normal raids and harder are disproportionately more powerful).

Thus, to get Normal Citadel cache missions, you can try doing Heroic Foundry raids. Boss kills from there would allow you to access naval missions with Nomal Citadel caches. The number of boss kills I've seen floating around is 21 or 27, which means at least 3 weeks of raiding.

Sn recommended alterations for the other expert captain+ siege missions 5/30ms(17%):
Send motley crews (70% 76%)on them untill you get a win, because you will need (Fe) to get a 96% to 100% and it will cost you 2kGress on avg.

Cursed crew missions are doable but will cost you 1kGress: 3 heirloom rings 98% OR 330g/24hrs, not very appealing.

The all rares achievement:Морские просторы is also covered (6 rares): (3) rings & (1)black market =98%, (1)pet=100%, (1) mount at 97%

More tips & infos:

*Until Blizzard unlocks Fe for some missions it will be really hard to get to 100% I recommand waiting for a patch on these as the achievement: Морская механика is impossible to obtain. They might have forgotten to implement it in the game and we are stuck with incredible odds. That's why it's important to have fodder on some missions

30 missions 16% aren't covered by Sn but they are mostly low xp missions, some apexis or sorcerous rewards. You could try to cover them but the cost in Gress would be counter-productive.

If it's to risky or to hard? (30/188ms) don't bother to do them send a "Motley Crew" on it.
The worst is 70% on ships alone but at least you don't lose valuable ships and aren't stuck.
(I prefer to build 2 ships=50Gress/100 oil/1hr than to destroy a template for 1kGress )

IMO Shipyard missions :
1) Won't get you rich : avg 150g for 26hrs
2) No need for old 6.1 raid tokens( not acc-wide)
3) Cursed crew is messing it up badly so I won't debase myself for a rare chance at gold nor some 5% xp rings.
4) Balefull gear sucks, you can do better with pvp gear:(10) 670+(2) 700+(2)kazzak+2 balefull 695= 680 for normal.
Farm Tanaan for apexis you'll get some.
5)Iron fleet treasures missions are worth it but gear tend to get old very fast these days :)

Great guide! I have a quick question: Most of these quests have a 4 hour duration (according to tooltips and my admittedly limited experience with these quests). According to Wowhead's Shipyard guide, the Экипаж из пандаренов doesn't activate unless the mission duration is at least 18 hours, so doesn't the crew for all these ships have to be Human or Undead, rather than Pandaren? If that's not the case, what am I missing here? Thanks!

Another possible way to get Шумовые мины К-43 is to equip Непотопляемый корпус and fail a mission. Whenever Непотопляемый корпус is used, it fills with another item, and often fills with the unobtainables. Not sure if it's faster, but it's an option.
