Tier Gear Can Have Augmentations
In Warlords of Draenor,
Tier 17 gear
can have the chance to be Pristine (higher item level), come with an extra socket, or have an additional tertiary stat. Players formerly assumed that these perks would only be on non-tier gear.
Players noticed that Flaskataur on the beta was selling Tier 17 gear with many perks, and reached out for clarification:

Build Highlights
Quite a small build today, not a surprise given there was one yesterday, but one cool addition is an achievement for completing the Legendary cloak questline, which awards a title! As the
Legendary Quest Chain is being removed
in Warlords of Draenor, this seems a fitting addition.
