And again .. and again ..and again ..still nothing for LOCKS .. is perfect class and no need fixess from u .. LOL ok everything goes well. Perfect job again.
PVE warlocks are in a good spot yes but once you turn towards PVP then only affliction is viable...also the video above is from the boss where warlocks performs the best due to 2x solid boss targets which makes havoc really usefull but that is the only double boss so far even in the next raid so to get a better display you should show a fight vs single target boss or one where there is over 3+ high health targets at times etc. Also the issue is pvp and not pve and the execute needs to be used 2-4 times in order to get close to a kill and requires target to below 20%, not to mention it is weaker than the melee 20% executes, only advantage is if you stored up a lot instead of bursting/healing then you can hit multiple times.
Monk 2H! I Think is for wear a single weapon for DPS/Tank oe Healer. Now with double stat that can be the same weapon.Staff can be used with AGI or INT.
I had hoped the bug for Garison Stable has been resolved as well by now.For 4 weeks now my hunter char cannot progress any further after successfully tamed the first talbuk mount. No dailies appears for me any longer.Have filed a bug report, have seen others having the same issue and also reported their bug reports.Does not hear and or see any update. The bug reports might have gone into a black hole.Very frustrating. You cannot go to a certain site where you can check if the developement team is working on it.When trying to contact a GM via the help menu, you are being directed to wowhead or icy-veins but it does not allow you to raise a ticket.BizarFinally, best wishes to all!
If it makes anyone feel better rogues are doing pretty well...
Hello allCan you please stop being ignorant and narrow minded please?I sound harsh, and that is not intended at all. From what I read, and text is always subject to be misunderstood, many of you read the changelog, cross your arms and go '.NO, dont like it f*** you Blizz imma gonna unsub, take THAT omg', 'OMFG more nerfs!...do you even care bliz'... and so on. There is a HUGE difference between getting nerfed, and getting balanced. There are no nerfs in this changelog, only some classaspects have been balanced out. It all comes down to the numbers, the RNG and the comparison to other classes. Blizzard is constantly balancing the classes to make them more and more 'equal'. Rougly they try to minimize the RNG-range between classes to make them viable to everyone, and in all situations - not an easy job i can imagine. Instead of taking the changes to your class/spec as a nerf (and it's not), try taking it as a callingcard for you, as a player. Try out different playstyles, other talents, use some form of tracker for your trickers, seek out advice on forums before getting angry. Be agily in your OWN performance and see what YOU can turn out from this. The game is not ruined because Blizzard made some changes to the game. This is one of the best expansions Blizzard has released (equal 1st place with WRATH). There is loads of things to do, and it is every players own choice to go do it or not. You are no longer told what to do, where to go and what quest to undertake, you have a choice now.About the stats on gear. I never liked farming. In any of it's aspects; especially for gear!In the PandemicDisasterExpansion I never got my full BiS for my hunter, even though I farmed Hc SoO every week - Never got a full set of BiS gear. That bugged the hell out of me because I had no other choice. I needed that trinket, those gloves or whatever. Now with these varieties of stats, it is most likely you will NEVER get your BiS item due to the RNG. This is how it is now.I say you have a choice, and by that that I mean its not as bad as it could have been. Say an item drop for you, both stats are not your BiS, but one is (sometimes they only have leech, but hey you get a free crystal), then you can see which stats you can use best. You might go for crit where others go for more mastery. Your choice, and your gameplay. What im saying is, take your banner and stand fast! Be your own man/woman and do your part. Don't just hide in a corner. Make the best out of your game. I expect some rampage towards my comment, i'm just being honest so there you go :)Cheers :D
locks got also hit by a big truck on the beginning of this expansion and pre patch before WOD as well they stopped at some point but looks like they went a bit off the scale with monks "fixes" now they want people to use 2h's inestad of 1h you lose 15% damage but win 15% haste I dont know..
wow another monk re-balance... err nerf, guys at blizz if you want to balance out the monks (nerf) at least try to make it look like you're actually balancing it, and instead of looking at game logs for reference, try to test the live version of the game and see for yourselves just how "fun" it is to play a monk right now or how "fluid" and "fast" is his/her playstyle, just try it on LIVE once. please.
It's actually not a nerf. Yes the damage is reduced but the attack speed is increased. The only difference, you may notice, is that you hit for smaller numbers, more often.
Another monk nerf - hilarious.WW Monk was already one of the worst single target DPS classes before this. And no, this is not a buff because there aren't any 2-handers with DPS stats on them.edit: Alright after a heroic clear run, ww monk needs 2 targets now to bring the same DPS as other classes on 1 (Twin Ogron). For single target like butcher, we're closer to the tanks than to the top DPS rank.
How bout they just give us 5.4 back, take whatever this is back to the drawing board and get back with us when this game (specifically PvP) is fun to play and is balanced more. Between getting into random BGs and seeing over half the 15 man team made up of healers (defeats the purpose of queuing as a role), Alliance dominating PvP ladders, every 2s/3s comp is made up of the same 3 classes it seems. PvP is dead to me. All I do is log in and lvl my alts, get 100 and start the next toon.
Ppl crying about not having every spec of a class be viable for PvP must be new to the game, cuz that's pretty much the way it has always been for most classes. Also we RBG with a destro lock and he is top damage in almost every match, but I hear ppl whining a lot about locks. Don't quite understand why. I think they lost survivability and some are having a hard time adjusting to playing the outside and not fighting melee up close. No clothie should be able to stand toe to toe with melee.. Sorry... No RPG works like that.6.0+ brought play style changes for a lot of ppl and I think some folks are just not even trying to adjust or try new specs. There will be FOTM classes and specs ... Get over it. Monk nerf / buff just seems like a ham handed way for Blizz to push monks to 2H play and nothing more.
Complaining about nerfs to Monks and Warlocks misses the point. Some Blizzard poobah with an out-of-control case of OCD has decided that all classes in WoW should be more like classes in Diablo. My main is a mage. All magic derives from "arcane energies" in the Twisting Nether. But the person or persons with OCD in excess now have all spells that include fire assigned exclusively to Fire Mages, frost to Frost and - this is the real insanity - arcane to Arcane Mages. These changes are not so much nerfs per se but an on-going attempt to turn WoW into Diablo thereby making an interesting game that is both fun and hard to master into a bore that might as well be a first person shooter. It's not the changes to specific classes that we should be protesting as much as it is the systematic destruction of WoW. We were better off with the old, complex, pre-Cataclysm talent trees that offered more choices. In fact we were better off with the pre-WotLK talent trees. What you see as nerfs are really a progressive narrowing of abilities and choices for all classes and specs while the Blizzard Ministry of Language's New Speak describes these restrictions on your ability to play as New!®, Fun!®, Exciting!®, Improved!® and Eliminating Cookie Cutter Specs!®Yeah! Right!
