Spoiler Alert
:
According to Arthas: Rise of the Lich King, Nazjatar may be rising out of the ocean to the surface. Therefore these ideas are built around that.

Sub Race:
Makrura Warclaw: These Makrura are bred by the overlords of their race to serve as the frontal seige unit in any combat situation. Stronger and more powerful then their brothers and sisters, they are difficult opponents in face-to-face combat and never retreat.
Makrura Magi: These Makrura are bred by the overlords of their race to serve as a secondary attack force. More capable of using spells then any other of their species, they attack at a distance and retreat when nessecary.
Now for my own creation: The Korsel
- The origin of the Korsel dates back to when the Naga were first building their civilization. Desperate for new warriors to help fend off the oncomming Makrura armies, Naga arcanists and alchemists used their knowledge to grow constructs out of coral. When a freak acciendent gave the constructs sentience, they pledged their alliegence to their creators, the Naga, and built their own civilization on the Eastern Ramparts of Nazjatar.
- Based in the fortress of Korr'olor and under the command of High King Kur'a'leer, they act as the main force of reckaning for the armies of Nazjatar.
-- Korsel Reavers are thin but surprisingly tough. Agile to and unparraled level, they serve as a hit and run attack force for the Korsel, usually using long spears to jabbing attacks.
-- Korsel Enchanters are the spellcasters of their race, primarily - and supposilby - female, they attack from affar while their brothers charge the main lines.
-- Korsel Ragers are terrifying, gigantic creatures that serve only their creators. Used as seige weapons and as living barricades to protect the Korsel Enchanters, due to their amazingly durrable body structure, they are a force to be reckond with.
- Naga'gal: Faced with the threat of both the Alliance and Horde - as well as their old ememies, the Makrura - the Naga of Nazjatar (here-on reffered to as the Azshar'i) began expiriments into boosting the strength and endurence of their own warriors. Their first attempts met with little success, but eventually they had a break through. The first Naga'gal was the head scientist working on the project, he injected the serum into his own blood stream, but only after he died did he return as one of the mutants. Although adventurers killed him for a final time a sample of the serum had already been sent further into Nazjatar, where it was perfected and the Naga'gal became a force of destruction for the Azshar'i.
Hobgoblin
: These Goblins either expirimented upon themselves - or were expirimented on by others - and transformed into huge creatures of mostly brawn and little brains. They act as Gaurds and as shoock troops for the Goblins of Undermine, but not every one of them is willing to cooperate...
(I see the two Makrura varients as being like the Voidwalkers in Outland, some have armor added some have bits of cloth.
The Korsel aer a bit more tricky, I see them as using the Etheral model, but a thinner version of it and - of course - remade to look like coral.
The Naga'gal are difficult to describe, think of a male Naga, then add a glowing yellow light to his eyes, then turn his right hand into something like the Faceless ones, and give his left hand talons. I've even considered breaking the tail into Three parts, like the Shadowfeind has, but I'm not sure..

New Reputation Groups:
Splinterscale Cove: Located on Suramar Isle, this mighty city is carved directly into a mountain that war formed from seismic activity caused by Nazjatar's rise to the surface. The Splinterscale quickly set to work hollowing it out, and built within it the spiriling city they now call home.
Grimfin Murlocs: Based alongside the Humans of Kul'tiras, the Grimfin seek allies to destroy thenaga -
all
naga. They are consumed by hate, but are also wise enough to know that they must not take out this hatred on their allies. Aid them, and they will share their knowledge and strength with you.
Undermine (Gaining or loosing rep here will not result in a gain or loss of rep with the factions outside of the Undermine). Within Undermine is an area in which, upon entering, you will be expected to kill anyone that is not of the same goblin affiliation as you, whether or not they are of your faction.
-- The Steamwheedle-Tinker's Union: The Steamwheedle Cartel and the Tinkers Union have joined forces in order to overthrow the power of the Adventure Co. and make more money then EVER!
-- The Smokeywood-Alchemists Cartel: Smokeywood Pastures and the Alchemists Cartel have reached a trade agreement in order to scam the world out of all its cash... Oh, and to bring down the threataning power that is the Adventure Co.
-- H.A.T.E. : The Hobgoblin Assosiaction for Treatment Equality is the almost unheard of in the higher ranks of Goblin society. These Hobgoblins - although they cannot speak for themselves - have found sympathy among many of the people of Undermine, and they formed this group to let their voices be heards. But something dosn't seem right about their C.E.O...
- Grimgrip Makrura: These makrura are outcasts of their society, and seek to bring the end of their people's king, driven insane by the war against the Azshar'i, and defeat Azshara. Unlike the Myrmador kvaldir, they see the Splinterscale as enemies of the Azshar'i, and have agreed to work with the Horde.
- Myrmador Clan: These kvaldir have sworn there clan to the defeat of the Azshar'i, as well as the makrura that also attack them. Not trusting the Splinterscale naga or their allies, they have turned to the Alliance and accepted them as allies, and even now plan their war against the Azshar'i

maybe when Arthas dies (if he does) the undead just go around attacking things while noone controls them? or maybe The Cult of The Damned controls them? or they all just fall over and die and many zones become useless? (they would then almost have nothing in the plaugelands)

That's what I'm going with, but the Scourge does play a part in the Worgen starting quests.
NOTE: This was stated in relation my old
Worgen Idea

Plz see
This
. Werewolves are not always evil, and in my idea Worgen have a notable standing as being enemies of the most evil thing in the Warcraft universe (the Legion, if you don't know).
and as for the Naga armor see
this
,
this
, and
this
. Naga can wear armor and they look awsome wearing it.
However, I think your idea is a good one. Although it might cause complications with the coming expansion (i.e. Azshara being the main focus of it)
