В Гарнизонный склад может храниться до 500 ресурсов, 1 ресурс за 10 минут и того 144 ресурса в день то есть максимальное время сколько можно оставлять его не тронутым примерно 3 с половиной дня, после ресурсы перестанут накапливаться.
Обменять можно в Торговая лавка 1-го ур. вашего гарнизона на различные ингредиенты или же сдать теже самые ингредиенты и получить за них ресурсы. На всех уровнях Торговой лавки 1 заказ дает 30 ресурсов.
Так же можно обменять ресурсы на улучшение снаряжения ваших соратников в Дворфийский бункер / Военная фабрика 2-го ур. требует 20 ресурсов за 1 заказ, прокать может как очень хорошо так и ничего кроме Обломки доспехов Железной Орды и Апекситовый кристалл в очень маленьких размерах примерно 10-20 за 5 заказов. Пример двух лутов по 19 заказов http://s008.radikal.ru/i306/1411/e3/57f5b9225c60.jpg и http://i072.radikal.ru/1411/a4/0bf353c7ee20.jpg как видите разница огромна, там где не прокнуло улучшение больше апекситов и обломков которые появляются заместо улучшений.

Для быстрого фарма Ресурсы гарнизона рекомендую установить аддон HandyNotes с дополнением HandyNotes_DraenorTreasures. Данный аддон будет показывать местоположение всех скрытых сокровищ Дренора, включая сокровища спрятанные в Гарнизоне.

Добываются с "редких" монстров, и хотя время респа у этих монстров очень маленькое, последующие убийства этого монстра не дадут вам редкий предмет или Ресурсы.

Странно, что тут не упомянули "Задания в Гарнизоне", которые выполняют ваши герои, они тоже могут добывать по квестам Ресурсы гарнизона.

Обновление: Вот у меня 25 соратников 100го левела, на 100 левеле дают 100 ресурсов за квест, если способности соратника-сборщика утиля позволяют поставить его на задание, то он может притащить 300 ресурсов!)) Квестов на ресурсы довольно много, 4-8 иногда и больше в день. С прокаченными соратниками только профит, приносят ресурсы и это не требует никаких затрат)

Рекомендация:
Для эффективного получения ресурсов с заданий соратников, где ресурсы являются наградой, нужен соратник с особенностью Сборщик Утиля!. Этот навык увеличивает количество ресурсов при успешном выполнении задания в 3 раза.
пример:
награда: 40 ресурсов гарнизона

40+200%*40=120

Итоговое количество, вычисляется автоматически, после помещения соратника с особенностью в ячейку задания.

Этот навык может случайно "прокнуть" на зеленом соратнике, который может стать редким (синим) или эпическим (фиолетовым) при получении.

Так же в таверне, можно заказать соратника с этой особенностью.

Буду дополнять по мере выяснения деталей.

Ресурсы гарнизона получаем:

Стабильно

Склад гарнизона - 144 Ресурсы гарнизона в сутки
Лесопилка(среднее здание) - 120 Ресурсы гарнизона в сутки. 180 если работает Филарх Вечнозеленый
Торговый пост(среднее здание) - 180 Ресурсы гарнизона в сутки
Стойла(большое строение) - 20 за дейлик, 6 маунтов, и того 120 Ресурсы гарнизона в сутки. Дейлик, за которого получаете маунта, дает 50 вместо 20(после обучения дейликов уже не будет)
Ежедневное прохождение героического подземелья - 50 ресурсов

Не стабильно(поможет добрать при острой необходимости)

Задания для соратников - 30-100 Ресурсы гарнизона за задание, модифицируется способностью соратникиСборщик утиля и аналогичными
Награды за квесты
Сокровища - везде по разному, ограниченно, только один раз
Рарники - везде по разному, ограниченно, только первое убийство

Удивило что никто не написал про стойла. Как видно стойла помимо того что крайне полезное здание, так еще и полностью заменяет начальный профит лесопилки, конечно это не пассивный режим, но суточную выработку лесопилки вы получите за прохождение дейликов, на которые уйдет от силы пол часа. Учитывая что вся сложность выбора сейчас стоит именно на средних строениях, это вполне освобождает слот, когда нету острой необходимости в ресурсах.

P.S. На данный момент бонусы от соратников с Сборщик утиля и тому подобными перемножаются на заданиях(видимо из-за того, что награда обновляется сразу как добавляешь соратника и потому для следующего берется в расчет эта цифра), но хотелось бы узнать, будут ли аналогичные навыки складываться, если они у одного соратника? Таких мне еще не попадалось, да и сертификаты тратить на это дело жалко, проблем с ресурсами нет.

Совет альтоводам.
Рано или поздно у вас возникнет желание прокачать того или иного своего второстепенного персонажа. Есть смысл заранее пройти стартовую цепочку в Танаанских джунглях всеми своими персами и построить гарнизон. Это займет всего около 30 минут на перса и в дальнейшем, благодаря накопленным ресурсам, значительно облегчит развитие гарнизона, а также позволит приобрести Лишнее зелье ускоренного обучения. Все что от вас требуется - заходить раз в 3 дня и забирать 500 ресурсов со склада.

Ресурсы гарнизона можно тратить на:

Расходники для профессий в Торговой лавке начиная с 1-го уровня строения (20-50 ресов за 5шт расходников, цена зависит от продавца, меняющегося каждый день). Дорогие расходники вроде Таладитового кристалла и Алхимического катализатора за Ресурсы гарнизона приобрести нельзя.
Постройку зданий в гарнизоне.
Печати закаленной судьбы у торговца А/О. Печатей можно купить 3 штуки в неделю: первую за 300 ресов, вторую за 600 и третью за 1200.
Улучшение снаряжения для соратников в Дворфийском бункере/Военной фабрике 2-го уровня (20 ресов за 1 заказ, но не факт, что в нем будет улучшение, часто падает хлам).
Задания для соратников (5-50 ресов в зависимости от уровня задания, его сложности и награды).
У торговцев в гарнизоне А/О можно приобрести:

Лишнее зелье ускоренного обучения за 100 ресов;
Зачарованный кристалл восстановления, Зачарованный кристалл заморозки и Прочный фиал скорости за 60 ресов;
Контрабандный мешочек монет за 50 ресов, содержащий 10-20 золотых монет.

После полного улучшения гарнизона и приобретения хотя бы 3-4 соратников с особенностью Сборщик утиля, ресурсы гарнизона очень быстро упираются в кап (10000) и потом стабильно колеблются около этой отметки. Единственным способом их слить является покупка в Ашране монеток на дополнительный ролл с боссов - 300 за первую и 600 за вторую (третью разумно получать бесплатно в гарнизоне с бункера\фабрики).

Еще один отличный макрос для слива капа ресурсов в торговом посте:
/run BuyMerchantItem(x,y)
где

x - порядковый номер покупаемого расходника в окне торговца(считаем слева-направо и сверху-вниз)
y - сколько конкретно X-кса хотим купить. Точно работают значения до 200 включительно, выше не проверял

Пример:
/run BuyMerchantItem(3,45)
Купить Дренорская пыль (т.к. она 3-я по счету в окне обмена Ресурсов Гарнизона) в количестве 45 шт. Запускать макрос нужно, ессесно, при открытом окне обмена. Если с вашей стороны Ресурсов хватает - обмен мгновенный. Наслаждайтесь. :)

Быстрый сливатопр дерева.

20 дерева = 5 травы = 1 дух + ( купить красителя ) 4 шт ( 4*2,36=) = общие затраты 20 дерева + 9,36 на траву траты = 30 золотых - 15% ( если открывать зелень) = итого = 25,5 з

Общая прибыль станется = 21,528

Таким образом дерево можно слить на дух и ( на создание карт ) , как 0,84з за 1шт дерева.

Собирая траву с сада, ты фармишь за 4 минуты = 60 золотых. Т.е за час ты фармишь 800золотых. Или 1 600 золотых с заказами. Что не эфэфективный фарм.

Проще говоря. Лишнее дерево, сливайте через торговую лавку по курсу 4 дерева за 1 траву. Далее траву , меняйте на Первобытный Дух , ждите торговца когда придёт в г арнизон 3 уровня, далее покупайте траву с аукциона на краситель либо сам краситель.

Цены я считал на покупку красителя как 1 золотой за 1 шт травы. Если больше. То множьте на 9.5 и отнимайте от общей прибыли в 21,51 золотых.

Всё это, надо слить на кд Начертания. Где нужный Первобытный Дух + Краситель. ДАльше сделать карты знамения.

ТАким образом задание на утиль у вас будет , где там 500 или 1 200 дерева. Это как почти 500 или 1 200 золота. И слить лишнее дерево вы можете быстро.

Один из самых быстрых способов набить ресурсы гарнизона, это убийство трех рарников в Награнде:
/way 23.8 37.9 Гук
/way 26.2 34.2 Рукдуг
/way 28.5 30.3 Пугг
и трех рарников в Танаанских джунглях:
/way 83.9 43.2 Дракум
/way 80.7 56.1 Гондар
/way 87.5 56.1 Шумм Хват
Помимо шанса выпадения петов в Награнде и игрушек в Танаанских джунглях, с этих рарников падает с каждого примерно по 150 ресурсов гарнизона, что в сумме дает примерно 900 ресурсов гарнизона за день.

1) Строим Торговую лавку (достаточно 1 уровня)
2) Закупаемся Контрабандный мешочек монет
Макрос на инстант покупку/продажу:
/run BuyMerchantItem(27,1)
/use Контрабандный мешочек монет
1 Контрабандный мешочек монет = 50 Ресурсы гарнизона = ~15 голд.
Предел склада 10000 Ресурсы гарнизона = 200 Контрабандный мешочек монет = ~3000 голд.

Никто не упомянул, что есть весьма редкие задания гарнизона, за которые так же можно получить ресурсы. Точнее задание Сейчас кто-то огребет при успешном раскладе принесет Огромный тайник огров с которого можно получить 1000 единиц ресурсов гарнизона.
К слову, предмет не персональный и его можно купить/продать на аукционе. Так что порой если ну очень нужно, то можно просто купить.

Щас меня заминусуют, но может, кто из опытных и ответит - в чём тут секрет?
У меня 10 персов 100 уровня, у всех казармы, утиль и таверна 3 лвл. У всех набрано по нескольку соратников с поиском сокровищ, ресурсов и нефти. У 9 из этих персонажей ресурсов гарнизона стабильно больше, чем они тратят, на излишки я покупаю запчасти для кораблей и фишки для переобучения соратников. И только у рейдового мифик ханта ресурсов постоянно не хватает!
Как это получается? Соратники одеты, на фабрику ресурсы она не сдаёт. Донесений на атаку за эти ресурсы она не покупает. Травы и руды тем более. У неё восемь рыл соратников со способностью "Сборщик утиля", у них есть все возможные способности, они закрывают с максимальным бонусом все важные задания на сбор ресурсов (то есть со 100%-м шансом и с бонусом "Сборщик утиля" у каждого соратника).
Для сравнения, у голого лока и голого вара по 6 соратников, имеющих 7 из 9 способностей. У нерейдового ханта 5 соратников, также имеющих 7 из 9 способностей. И ресурсов хоть попой ешь! Свежепрокачанный кот с синими соратниками, покупающий запчасти для свежепостроенных кораблей, строящий здания и гавань, и тот не имеет проблем с гарнизонными ресурсами. И только ей, бедняге, не на что купить запчасти и отправить корабли на миссию за эпик шмоткой, притом что нефти залейся.
В чём причина этой суровой кармы?

Куда сливать? Один из способов: покупать Срочное выполнение заказов: хлев х 1000 ресурсов. Совсем не обязательно сразу его использовать - копите в банке, сколько желаете. При Хлев 3-го ур., с прикрепленным соратником - позволит вам моментально завершить 5 заказов и сразу получить 110 Роскошный мех и 5 Дикая кровь. Мех используется портными для крафта сумок 30-слот, которые всегда будут в цене. Сливать на ауке или крафтить сумки самому - решать вам. Кровь можно гарантированно обменять в Торговая лавка 1-го ур. на Окровавленный кошель с золотом, в котором будет содержаться в среднем 50,3 золотых монеты.
Вывод: 1000 ресурсов = гарантированные 250 золота + 110 единиц меха, которые всегда в цене.

I have Horde and Ally chars, so I think to do them both at the same time. Activated on both side at least 1 char go for the start quests and start the garrison. Off course I go level my Hordes faster and earlier then my alliance. I am not sure if it generate his "wood" automatic if you are not on-line with any off both chars. So I will find out later.

Material is the currency for Garrisons, the new feature implemented in Warlords of Draenor. You get one Material every ten minutes, and it can also be a reward from quests, a drop from rare mobs, or found in treasure chests or events around the world.

Everything in the Garrison costs Material. Building new buildings does, of course, but so does sending out your Followers on missions.

This currency is used in the construction of your Garrison buildings.

There are many ways to obtain the Garrison Resources (also known as Garrison "Materials"). Here are some examples:

Resources are generated at a steady pace, with more generated when you have certain buildings (the Mill).
Certain quests and "bounty" quests reward you with Resources.
Follower's Successful Missions can reward you with Resources.
Rare mobs can drop Items that give you Resources, and some drop the Resources themselves.
TI style jumping games can have a chest reward with Resources.
Resources can be looted from objects on the ground.

Guide (beta) to ground looted resources (part 1)

Alliance garrison:
- Found a Lunarfall Egg object (5-10 garrison materials) in the phase before you build your garrison. This is in the big nest that the Lunarfall Matriarch is guarding. This is not available after your garrison is built.
- Follow the pug Pippers it will lead you to at least 4 different dirt piles containing 10 resources each.
- Garrison Cache (auto-restocks slowly, available in all garrison levels)
- In the fishing pond is an underwater cave with a treasure chest of 20 stolen materials

Shadowmoon Valley:
- Underneath the boat you crashed on after escaping Tanaan Jungle intro event is a Sunken Treasure containing 10 materials.
- In the Paletide Den is Stolen treasure containing 10 materials. Paletide Den is across the water from the crashed boat you arrived on. The rare Bahameye is in the water between this cave and the boat.
- also at Eventide Landing is a barrel of Fantastic Fish contains 10 materials.
- Rotting Basket inside Bloodthorn Cave next to the npc Diaani whom you rescue for a quest. Contains 16 materials and a battered wolfskull helm.
- inside Waning Crescent cave is a Glowing Cave Mushroom (look for the waterfall inside the cave) Contained 10 chameleon lotus and 15 materials.
- On a hill on top of Waning Crescent cave is Ancestral Greataxe, contains 19 materials and ancestral shadowmoon greataxe
- find your way onto the top of the entrance to Waning Crescent cave, you'll find Treasure: Hanging Satchel first time I looted it it had 19 matierals, second time 12.

- Umbrafen underwater in the southern-most part of the water is a giant underwater mushroom with a Mushroom-covered Chest at its base, contained 15 materials and shadowmoon astologers almanac

For anyone interested in searching for all the garrison caches, hidden treasures and rare spawns around Draenor, I highly recommend the addon HandyNotes and its plugin DraenorTreasures.

Update: 6.2 - Tanaan Jungle: Finally, we're able to grind Ресурсы гарнизона infinitely from the non-treasure containers mostly at around Aktar's Post in Tanaan Jungle. Those shards contain 15-50 resources each and they respawn quite frequently so we can farm them as long as we want. Unlocking Tanaan Jungle for the farmer character is not needed, it's free to fly there and farm. You can learn more about those container types in my guide here.

As time goes by, we may often find ourselves ran out of Garrison Resources. In this case don't hesitate to build up and do the relevant quests for the Lumber Mill or Stables that provide quite a lot resources; even if you minus the build cost the outcome of the initial quests will be a clear profit. You can also do some side quests you may have left behind while leveling to 100 that reward high amount of Resources, such like

Another efficient way to gather resources is to kill rares and open treasures. I was able to push from 1200 to 2000 in only 2 hours of rare-killing. All of them drop 10-35 pieces of Garrison Resources and Treasure chests also can contain some.

Note to remember, Gorgrond is a special zone with building-specific treasures. With the Arena outpost building you will able to break 25 boulder treasures while with the Lumber Mill outpost building you can weed out 25 thornvines. Each of them contains 15-30 resources and you can do BOTH boulders and thornvines by changing your outpost building. However this method is only for emergency cases because the price of changing the building is so high.

On an end note, don't forget to loot your Гарнизонный склад pile next to your town hall from time to time, the rate of the cache is tend to be 1 resource per every 10 min.

If you're unfamiliar with the locations of all those rare spawns and treasures around Draenor, make sure you buy and learn the zone Treasure Maps from the Archaeology vendors in Ashran: Гракис for the Alliance and Шрикка for the Horde and check Perc's relevant guide.

Any confirmation of some beta comments like "the town hall generates 1 garrison resource every 10 minutes" and "the maximum amount of resources in the Garrison Cache from the town hall is 500"? Also, does upgrading your garrison to Tier 2 or Tier 3 increase how many resources are generated from the town hall?

Most people know about logging their 90 alts out in an inn or a city so when they get to them they can have rested XP for two levels.

However if you can just get through the Draenor Starting area to your first garrison on your alt(s), not only will you be accumulating rested XP, but you will be accumulating garrison resources in the cache!

Remember to log in to your alt from time to time - you can only have 500 cap in the cache itself, but 10,000 on your character.

And when you finally use your alt, you'll be able to buy a fair few Лишнее зелье ускоренного обучения with the garrison resources.

The challenge with resources is that Blizzard starts you off giving you tons of resources from almost anything. Bend at the middle? Have some resources! The further you level, the less opportunity you have to get resources and you need to rely on other avenues. By the time you're 100, there's almost no way to get resources outside of a few sources. This leads many to a false sense of security as your first introduction to garrisons is paired with a generous influx of resources. By the time your realize the spice isn't going to flow forever, you've already burned through most of your stockpile. The only real solution until Blizzard provides more venues for getting resources at end game, is to just not spend much at all UNTIL endgame and after you pay for your level 3 garrison.

FWIW, this is what I've done, and I have over 2K resources at level 97 (and not even started with Talador). The purpose of this approach is to maximize acquisition of resources at the greatest time you are acquiring those resources, and storing them against later needs. This is a "pre-endgame" approach and assumes you are looking to spend most of your time out in the world, leveling, running dungeons, etc and not delving deeply into garrisons early on.

- Plan a basic, minimalist build: Barracks, Profession Building then Lumber Mill and Storage. Reasons: Barracks is free, matching profession building not a bad thing to have, storage: great to have your bank on-hand, Lumber Mill: right now the best, most efficient, predictable and controllable resource gain).

- Do every quest to unlock the treasure maps. Kill every rare.

- Only do follower missions where you have either: 100% chance or you have no choice but to send the follower off because the follower's level is too low in relation to the average number of missions being offered. Keep in mind a high-level follower with the right counter can "carry" low level followers.

- Do not spend any garrison resources on anything other than the basic build and mandatory buildings. I was able to get: Level 2 Mine, Herb Garden, Fish Shack, Profession Building and Storage. I kept Lumber Mill and Barracks at level 1 with minimal impact to my garrison resource cache.

- Get the Lumber Mill for Gorgrond. This gives you the shredder, which has limited flight and will allow you to quickly solve vertical puzzles in Gorgrond. The tangles of overgrowth are numerous and great resource sources.

- When you are done with a zone, buy the treasure map. Then go back into the zone and clear out your treasures. I feel doing at the end of each zone is more effective: better chance of getting item drops that are meaningful for your level. Also, you're familiar with the zone, so getting around will be faster. Finally, 100 gold in small chunks is better on the gold pouch than buying 4-5 maps at once. However, if you don't care, waiting until 100 then roflstomping content is totally fine.

Now, the critical points:

- Keep the barracks for the time being. It's a free building. If you don't want to keep it, just don't upgrade it. Small buildings, totally up to you, but choose something you can deal with until you hit 100 and get the quest to build your level 3 garrison.

- Don't upgrade anything if you're unsure. if you change your mind, or swap, your buildings reset to level 1. So if you upgrade your barracks, then change it to stables, then decide stables is not for you and put the barracks back, you will get a level 1 barracks and will have to re-level it.

The gameplay choice is Lumber Mill or Trading Post. Trading Post is a good excess materials for garrison resources trade, but it's not predictable or consistent. The offer change from day to day, and there may be days the material being asked for is something you don't have. Lumber ALWAYS converts to resources, in a predictable rate of 20 resources every 4 hours. Since you can only carry 250 lumber at a time (across all bags), you won't see someone monopolizing lumber or power farming it. If you don't want to commit to the mill, there's no harm in keeping it level 1, but you'll be limited to the start zones and Gorgrond (and parts of other locations) for the bulk of your lumber.

Again, this is JUST to get you to 2,000 resources. Once you get your level 3 garrison,how you wish to manage the buildings you want against the resource constraint you will have is totally up to you. That's why I recommend not upgrading anything you might change. Don't waste the resource. Now while you're leveling.

Another point: you can get some great buffs by using alternate buildings in zones. For instance: I may have Trading Post in my garrison, but the Inn in Spires. Inn gives me a XP boost. I also plan to have Stables in Nagrand, but not in my garrison. The local buff is fine for my needs.

I have autoloot on and I always grab any garrison resources before I can read the amount I am looting. They also do not appear in my chat log as looted currency. Anyone know an addon to fix this?

For those who do not want to use Handynotes and motivation to complete each zone's questlines, there's a vendor that sells treasure maps for each zones you've completed. These maps reveal all the hidden treasure spots that commonly contain garrison resources.

The vendors are:

Amount of Ресурсы гарнизона you can get per day from repeatable sources (not counting follower missions):

144 from garrison supply crate (1 every 10 mins)

NOTE: The six dailies from the Стойла 1-го ур. mount training quest can net you up to an extra 120 GR per day for a limited time (+100 GR for catching and training each beast). It takes a day or so to ramp up to the maximum amount, and is proved for about a week and a half till the mounts are trained (I believe a daily ends once you have the mount). As the mounts are account wide, I do not know if you can also do these dailies on alts.

It's worth noting that the Stables can be a pretty solid way to earn quite a few resources very fast. Each of the capture/kill quests rewards 20-50 resources each and there are at least 6 of each.

This little bit of math should come useful to some players. This also may be one of the easiest/fastest ways to accumulate garrison resources.

Firstly you'll need a follower with the scavenger skill. While some people may think it means 200% total it doesnt. In fact it triples your garrison supplies rewarded from missons, and it STACKS.

Scenario:
You have two garrison missions rewarding 40 garrison resources each.
You can either have two followers (assume without the scavenger trait) that can counter the treats.
OR
You have two followers without the counter but they have the scavenger trait.

The math is as follows:

2*40*1= 80 (two followers each doing a mission that awards 40 garrison supplies at 100% success rate)
2*(40*3)*0.5= 120 (two followers each doing a mission that awards 120 since the resources are tripled at 50% success rate)

You'll notice that the scavenger trait will likely pull ahead on average (susceptible to RNG). Also please keep in mind typically without the counter to the danger (at missions higher than 90) I typically have a 51-59% success rate. So the average mission being successful becomes higher than a 50% chance. Level 90 missions a lot of times gives my scavenger followers about a 78% success rate (without the counter to the mission threat).

I've added a picture of what's possible by taking this chance with THREE followers with the scavenge ability.

There really needs to be more ways to gather resources. 120~180 from full operating Lumber Mill and 144 daily is far from enough. Mission rewards are unreliable. Treasure Chests only give some 10 resources per chest, which is hardly worth the time invested running around the entire zone. We are forced into low-level quests only for the resources. There needs to be something better.

Maps are a waste with the exception of frostfire and gorgrond. You might get 200 garrison from each if you are lucky, more likely 150. I am horde so I ran into shadowmoon valley and killed all rares and looted everything. I got about 700 just from that. I am on my 3rd toon. The first 2 are identical in garrison setup only happened because area52 at launch was terribad so I had an 85 on another server (low pop), 2nd account that I played while my main chilled and area52 got back to norm. Both have War/Lumber/tavern/tailor/ench/store all buildings have lvl100 followers assigned. I recruited scavengers after I quickly saw the advantage there, also epic mount is the other I recruit followers for. My garrison resources were easily managed on those 2 and when I spent they were quickly resupplied and I have about 4-5k each with maxed out garrisons minus the pets. Now my 3rd toon I have War Mill/Barn/tavern/salvage/forge/storehouse. I have followers assigned and a level 3 garrison but not all my buildings are. I have done all the treasures, rares you name it and I have 300 garrison pts. I am broke and hate this. I ran with the barn so as to get savage bloods but am at lvl 2 with that I do like the barn it's more fun so far than the lumber but idk. I dinged 12/19 on this guy so it's still early but I didn't have this issue with my other 2. My 4th toon going to try the trading post and barn cuz that guys a lw. One tip I do have for guys with multiple toons is to start the intro quests and get to your garrison, you will be close to dinging 91, (I kill all the rares close by and grab the 2-3 treasures in the same area while questing through and usually ding 91) and will get your garrison resources saved up before you start, 500 in 3.5 days (log in every 3rd day cuz 500 is max) so about 5k in a month which is more than perfect to start with. I have 11-90's yet to level so this will get super easy as I get to them, if I do.

I just think that Blizz should have made the buildings work harder or faster as they level not just increase the work orders. I'm not saying a lot more but just more. Maybe instead of every 4 hrs it's 3hrs at lvl3, or increase workload output. example being tailoring 1 cloth every 4hrs can either be 2 cloth every 4hrs or 1 cloth every 3hrs. So the result is either 12 or 8 cloth in a day or 24/16 with a follower. But something has to increase in the garrison reward department. Definitely need to add like 50/100 lfr/norm/mythic and even boss loot. Last boss in heroics drops 25 once a day something.

Okay, here are some little tips to help you do a lot of resources in no time and tips on how to gear your followers faster.

Let's start with gathering the resources
I've tried this on my 2nd character as well and now i have over over 5k resources gathered in less than 2 weeks (only from followers missions, no farming elites, no producing anything with lumbermill or tradepost). This also can be applied at any level, when you have built Таверна "Зашедшая Луна" / Таверна "Ледяные скалы" 2-го ур. but it will be explained for beginners (players which have just started to play in Draenor and need some help). Advanced players may jump step 1,2 and 3.
Step:
1) Reach as fast as you can the level to do this mission Ломай железо, пока горячо (alliance) or this Ломай железо, пока горячо (horde)
2) Get one Записки по созданию аванпоста
3) Go in Stormshield/ Warspear (in Ashran) and get Таверна "Зашедшая Луна", уровень 2, learn it and build it.
4) Having level 2 Inn makes you able to recruit new followers (1/week). Go and recruit your 1st one, BE SURE to choose his ability (trait) to be this one: Сборщик утиля
5) You will need maximum 3 scavenger followers, but you can start producing resoures with the 1st one
6) Having a scavenger follower, make sure to assign him to mission that grants you resources.
7) If he doesn't match to the mission, do not worry, assign him to that mission. He will still have 50-60% chance of winning 3x the normal resources (100%+200%=300%). But the chance of winning also depends on his level. There are some missions who grant 500+ resources if you have 1 scavenger follower assigned to them.
8) Keep this going on, and soon you will have a huge pile of resources.

But wait! What will you do with the resources you do not need? Build a Торговая лавка 1-го ур., and trade them for materials, or you could trade resources for Seal of Tempered Fate Печать закаленной судьбы

EXTRA: DO NOT DEMOLISH your Inn because you still need to recruit some followers. They will need Эпический скакун , to do the missions faster (any type of mission) and not keep your followers busy in one mission when other are available.

And now let's start with gearing the followers
Gearing followers is quite IMPORTANT. They will be able to do higher level missions, with higher reward in gold, resources, or ITEMS for you. Yeah, items! Beside level 615 items (or lower) they will be able to get you even level 640 items or level 655 from Highmaul (normal difficulty) after your gear the followers.
Step:
1) This step isn't mandatory but is VERY useful. Recruit 3 followers with Эпический скакун , since you will need this to do the long duration mission (4,6,8,12 or even 24 hours mission). You may want to do the missions faster since you will do more mission in the same amount of time, which means more crates and more rewards and the followers will not be kept busy with some missions, when other are available. See step 2).
2) Important: build the Склад утиля 2-го ур. or even BETTER, build it at level 3. After successfully finishing a mission, you will sometime get some crates which will drop follower items, or player items. having salvage yard at level 2 brings you Ящик с утилем, and at level 3 you will get Большой ящик с утилем . You will get follower items from crates, and if you do more follower missions, you will get more crates in the same amount of time. You can sell the player items for gold or disenchant them for the enchanting profession
3) Important: Build your Дворфийский бункер / Военная фабрика 2-го ур. . Since you have it at level 2, you may want it level 3. Now you can produce follower weapons.
4) Do as many missions as you can, of course, you will need to win them to get the crates, and gear your followers.

step for player items: Gear 3 (or more) followers to epic gear (ilvl 645) to be able to unlock the Highmaul Mission for level 655 player items.

RECOMMENDATION: gear up first only epic followers (which have reached the maximum level)

EXTRA: try to make as many epic followers as you can, since they have more abillities and suit better for missions. Having epic followers, can help you level up other followers!

PS: This guide is based only on my personal experience.

Blook's Combat Experience works as well as Burst of Power for GR missions, and works for all other missions as well, including 8+ hour missions. It's worth mentioning that Blook's Combat Experience is one of a few traits that isn't rerolled by Follower Re-training Certificate, so you could reroll Blook until he gets Scavenger if you wanted.
Racial Preference traits such as Child of Draenor also increase success rate on the level 100 GR missions if followers are the right race.
Epic Mount doesn't increase success rate, but it does cut mission time in half, for ALL missions.
Extra Training and Hearthstone Pro can be useful when leveling your scavenger follower or followers that go on missions with them. In my opinion, these are better than Fast Learner because they have utility even when your Scavenger reaches level 100.

Below is a list of level 100 missions by ability, so you can see which perks work well together for multi-follower missions.

If you are at the 10,000 cap and kill a mob that drops Garrison Resources, you will not be able to loot the resources but will get some mail from Чудотворец Вашрин entitled "Lost Currency" that essentially says your total is still at 10,000; you do NOT get an item that you could use later to get the "extra" resources once you are not at the cap.

For quests, you are still able to complete the quest; the game just appears to ignore the resources that would have been awarded had you not been at the cap.

Excluding the times you would replace buildings and only build once, it costs a total of 10,650 Garrison Resources to build each building and the Garrison to Level 3.

I haven't seen anyone post this prominently, so a cool strategy for spending these quickly at your trading post: You can run a simple command to buy tons of items like Дренорская пыль.

To purchase 200 Draenic Dust all at once for example, you would input:

/run BuyMerchantItem(3,200)

where the first number is the number item (Дренорская пыль is third, so it's 3), and 200 is the amount.

This bypasses the endless clicking of spending resources. Some people have found though that you have to purchase one stack the normal method and say yes before it works (maybe to confirm the 'yes, I'd like to buy this' gateway).

For those of you that are starving for resources and you're looking for a way to farm them, you can try a spot called "Ironmonger's Hold" located at in Tanaan Jungle. Its basically a big cave system with around 12 Подозрительно светящийся сундук spawns. You can make a run through the cave, then server hop and make your way back the way you came. Each chest drops approximately:

30-40 Garrison Resources,
1-3 Оскверненный апекситовый фрагмент (when not in a raid)
and sometimes an Ilvl 650 baleful token(about 1 in every 6 chests)

I farmed it for about 2 hours and made a map of all of the chests I found. Farming during late night when no one is online averages around 60 chests per hour if you use the server hopping method. I gathered some stats for my 1 hour run. At a rate of 60 chests per hour you should get approximately:

2100 Garrison Resources
10 Ilvl 650 baleful tokens
and easily 10 Оскверненный апекситовый фрагмент

Not a bad way to farm resources for people that are desperate for them!(as I am...darn shipyard) Like I said this was with little to no competition. Your numbers will probably be lower if you try this at peak hours.

If only I could spend garrison resources to buy oil on my alts. I've got plenty on my main, but my alts are not as easily able to complete Tanaan stuff for oil.

For people who have trouble trying to get fast Garrison Resources on their alts, I found a painless method to get them quick and easy!(requires flying)

Since alts usually have low ilevel gears, they are not good at fighting Tanaan mobs, so the best method to get Garrison Resources is to just pick up Лучащийся апекситовый осколок at Throne of Kil'Jaeden.

By realm hopping during off-peak hours, you are 90% sure to get at least 1 Лучащийся апекситовый осколок every time you hop to a different realm, they give 20-50 Garrison Resources each, sometimes when I find a low-pop realm, I managed to get 5 Лучащийся апекситовый осколок which gave me about 200 Resources. In less than 2 hours I got approximately 3000 Garrison Resources.

There are many Лучащийся апекситовый осколок spawns in Throne of Kil'Jaeden, here are some screenshots:

If you're new to Warlords of Draenor like me, do not spend those on something that can be bought on AH. The resources are vital for other stuff that cannot be bought, and there is always shortage of them. So don't exchange them until you are capped at 10k.

So it's starting to look like Контрабандный мешочек монет is the best method to turn these into gold if you don't want to try dumping them as raw materials on the AH. Once missions stop rewarding gold in Legion, stopping by the garrison every few days for 500 GR --> 10x sacks --> ~150 gold doesn't sound like a bad deal, especially when you extend that to multiple alts.

Assuming we get to keep our Камень возвращения в гарнизон then it'll really fairly convenient to do so, but I guess that depends on what the same investment of time/effort gets us in terms of gold rewards in Legion.

Any other suggestions?

When you're just starting out building up your garrison an easy way to get ~550-600ish resources each day is by killing the 3 rares outside of Highmaul and Mudlump behind the Hellfire Citadel entrance. All four of them respawn nearly instantly and drop loads more resources than other rares.

Edit: I've since learned that the 3 rares on the extreme eastern edge of Taanan Jungle also have greatly increased garrison resource drops as well. They don't respawn as fast, but they can each drop a toy as well.
