Patch 8.3 PTR Spell Changes - Horrific Vision Tuning, Skip Quest, Corruption Bow Buff

More spell changes have been hotfixed on the 8.3 PTR, targeting Horrific Visions. In addition, some new spells have been added that reference the Intro quest skip and the Corruption Ny'alotha bow has gotten changed as well.

Horrific Vision Zones have Sanity Drain increased: 6/8/12 for T1/T2/T3 (was 6/8/10)
Not seen in these spell changes:
Echoing Void now splits damage to all enemies hit, instead of dealing that damage to every mob.
Echoing Void Corruption values changed from 15/25/50 to 25/35/60

Standing in Entropic Buildup causes players to suffer 2 Shadow damage every 2 sec, but reduces the size of Entropic Buildup, lowering the damage of the final explosion.
