If you want Lil' Ragnaros as a cooking fire, you'll be pleased. If you want him as a fiery little warlord you can parade around to scare small children, you're better off getting something else. He doesn't follow you until you are quite a distance away, and when he does, he runs with such a speed that he'll catch up to you, stop, and emerge and stand there again. However if you just want to stand around he's quite the adorable little future terror.

I can confirm the fire. He'll also randomly BBQ nearby critters and if you click him enough, he'll yell out a higher pitched version of "BY FIRE BE PURGED!"
What unit frames were used in that screenshot of Lil' Ragnaros?
Y ou can also start earning Gilneas rep. Theres some worgen npcs at raven hill cemetary in DW. And some as well in southern blasted lands.
Nice guide, I think I will farm these tonight ^^
Considering Ragnaros' new use, is it time for "Ragnaros for Warchief?"
i see now a point in buying Lil' Ragnaros'
The blog is great, and very helpful, but one point ...I was a bit disappointed to discover that the line of quests involved for the Flamefly pet is much longer than is suggested or indicated anywhere in the comments or blog entry. While not excruciating by any means, it is longer than any of the other pets listed above (well ... the sunflower took a long time, but was awesome fun .. it flew by). Be prepared for 27 quests, which is most of the requirement for Burning Steppes achi (40 for Horde).
Still need a proper guide for the stupid sunflower. Everyone says "just build enough sunflowers". But if I build to many sunflowers I don't have any energy to build damage flowers to stop waves but if I don't build sun flowers enough I don't have sun power to build anything -.- I just can't find the right balance and it's not fun. (not even at the real final quest, but only the pumpkin quest)
Samir, two rows full of Sunflowers and blocking few initial waves of zombies by building Rocknuts is the key to victory.
