This seems very interesting!
This is gonna be a very good patch. And I like that you have a choice in what you want to do.
Seems interesting. I like the idea of picking pvp for my dailies and being able to earn some honor rather than something that is not useful for my play style.
Im not so hot for the troll transmog, but seems cool overall.
Oooo I like the ability to *choose*.
Why on earth is the Rep you get different with the two choices?I like the choice, but why the difference in Rep?Cheers.
I gotta say. I'm loving where these single-player/lore quests are doing for the game. For the first time since dailies were implemented, I actually looked forward to completing them when they gave another quest that furthered the story. Being Horde, this means I did my Dominance Offensive dailies first thing upon logging on. Also being able to choose between PvE and PvP dailies is going to be pretty great. I have one PvE character and the others are mostly PvP, so this will get me playing more characters more often. I like it.
Most definitely loving the option to choose for dailies. I don't see much PvP action on my server, so maybe this'll spark things up a bit!
It looks like a character doing the PVE dailies should reach exalted in 18 days, not counting the additional one-time quests during the progression (the dominance offensive/shieldwall one-time quests cut the grind by at least 2 or 3 days). That's 16 days with guild/human bonuses and a little over 14 for a human with guild bonuses. No word yet on the Shado-Pan rep grind, except that Bashiok stated that going from neutral to friendly was "basically one boss kill" (subject to change). I don't expect the progression to be completely linear from there, however, so the Shado-Pan assault grind may take a couple months.I am betting on 500 rep per boss after friendly, totally gratuitous speculation.
Ah PvP dailies... Last time I saw you guys were in WotLK.
I hardly, if ever PvP. But I would say those rewards are pretty decent, and if the zone isn't overly populated on my realm. I might even do the PvP dailies. Got plans on getting the next PvP season set anyway for transmog, so this would speed it up slightly.. :P
I love the look of the PvP dailies what a great idea!
Another reason to do the PvP side, is if you want to farm JPs. The 525 Honor is equivalent to 350 JPs.Cheers.
Gee! All this time, nearly 5 years, I've been doing "single-player scenarios" and I never understood. I thought they were called quests! Silly me!
can you do both or does choosing one (ie pvp) stop you from being able to accept the pve one?
