Correction. Azshara was MORE powerful than KJ and Archi before she got turned by Nzoth.
Both Alliance and Horde work with the Nightborne, however, while Liadrin sees kindred spirits (she sees fellow mana addicts and is reminded of the whole mana problem the blood elves faced in Burning Crusade) Tyrande remembers how the Nightborne sealed themselves off during the first Legion Invasion. I don't know if she knows about the fact that they raised the dome primarily because a giant Legion portal had spawned in Suramar, but Tyrande still sees them as cowards, which obviously leads to frostiness. This and a few other things just make it way more likely that the Nightborne join the Horde. Also, notice how Alleria doesn't ask why the Blood elves are with the Horde. She has her own prejudices.
its not rivaled Archimonde is more superior than azshara

"From the earth, he draws strength...Our earth...Our strength..." could "he" be reference to Teldrassil drawing corruption with his/its roots and that is the reason why he/it must be burned down?
The Lord of Ravens will turn the key - this isn't a reference to Khadgar. It's a reference to Odyn - and his two Ravens. He was heading to Ulduar after the events of the Trial of Valour Raid. Who's to say he won't go bonkers when he goes in?
"To find him, drown yourself in the Circle of Stars."If you go to the Abyssal Breach in Vashj'ir, float high enough above so the water goes dark, the attacks by the Revenants of Neptulon look like the twinkling of stars making a circle around the whirlpool. Wasn't their originally going to be a raid down there (involving the Old gods) that was cut from that expac?
there is also a circle of the stars in Eye of eternity if you look at the sky, probably just a coincidence but still.
From what I gather, it seems that this is going to unfold in a similar way to the Mists of Pandaria expansion (except with less pandas). Essentially, a quest for Azerite drives the factions to new continents, where they fight for new territories, motives, etc. HOWEVER, I believe this expansion will be the mirror of Mists of Pandaria. Maybe it's just the die-hard Horde member in me, but I can't help but feel that the aggression in this expansion will be the fault of the Alliance. Perhaps, we'll see a Siege of Stormwind raid, where we free Anduin from the clutches of an Old God. From the sound of it, and of Il'gynoth's quotes, the Alliance is going the way of Garrosh's Horde. Now, I'm aware that many Alliance players will object to this; however, it has now been TWO expansions since Alliance players could earn the title "Conqueror of Orgrimmar" with no equivalent title for the Horde. Furthermore, until this point the Alliance has maintained a relatively untarnished reputation, whereas the Horde seems to receive blame for things not in their control. I think it would deepen the lore and enhance the plot if the Alliance were to act in a malign way, have to take a deep look at their central values, and make some hard choices about their future.
Every character hero we have grown to love has fallen to death, madness, or corruption. Sometimes their deaths are heroic. Sometimes they are inglorious. The Windrunner sisters, at least Alleria and Sylvanas, will not be exceptions I am sad to say. I actually think Sylvanas is also influenced by the old gods. "Her heart a crater, we have filled it." Could very easily apply to Sylvanas. Even her use of "boy king" for Anduin. Perhaps not as likely, given the dots connected here for Alleria… but I still feel these two sisters will be more connected to this old gods story arc than we imagine. The outcome will leave us saddened, too. I'm still anxious and curious about the "Three lies he will offer you."
It seems likely things will take a twist for the Alliance. King Anduin inadvertently sparked war when he arranged for forsaken/living relatives to meet. But it took that event for him to realize that Sylvanas was beyond redemption. Who knows what other rookie mistakes he might make along the way? His connection with the Light is furiously strong, though. Every time he beckons the Light, it has answered. It was his power and that of Velen combined with the Naaru in Netherlight temple that created the first "light-forged-like" undead: Calia Menethil. So, it will be interesting to see how he might fall under the swap of the old gods, if that is what will happen. Maybe, like Jaina, his faith is broken during the expansion. But, I think it more plausible that Sylvanas is under the sway of the old gods.
