Boralus looks alive now. I mean, the banker must just be throwing our stuff in crates now, nothing fancy, but the rest is great. Looks better, it really does, but still only one portal.
I want Col. Tenders to sponsor my adventures through Kul Tiras. I'm a fan of his popcorn chicken and I'd be happy to spread the word of his wonderful chicken.
In a city inspired by naval transportation, I really hope you have to ride an old fashioned boat to it, rather than portals and hearthstones.
In a city inspired by naval transportation, I really hope you have to ride an old fashioned boat to it, rather than portals and hearthstones.\r\rThat's a wasted hope, because it's not going to happen. The new norm is a hearthstone, there will be a portal to it somewhere more than likely also. It's a player convenience factor. You want to be forced to ride a boat to a zone, go visit northrend.
I don't know, it looks very gobliny to me...
I don't know, it looks very gobliny to me...\rGobliny? Its true its a bit more... slum-like than most Alliance cities, but its port-town ambiance personally gives me strong Alliance vibes. I guess its the way I see things anyway.
Boralus is the best thing in this expansion. That and the Stromgarde resurrection.

Boralus is the best thing in this expansion. That and the Stromgarde resurrection.\r\rHoly $%^& yes. Warcraft 2 was my first game and Stromgarde was my favourite nation (I liked red). In legion I saw datamines that showed that the stromgardian npcs were gonig to turn into forsaken, that really upset me. To find out that Stromgarde is recaptured and restored made me so damn happy. Can't wait to see Danath on the throne. Maybe Calia will get a throne of her own some day?
While the city still has some areas that are a llittle sparsely populated and more than a few buildings that need filled with doodads, if they keep updating the city at this pace it should be in a releasable state comfortably before the expansion comes out.\r\r\r\r\r\rIn a city inspired by naval transportation, I really hope you have to ride an old fashioned boat to it, rather than portals and hearthstones.\r\rThat's a wasted hope, because it's not going to happen. It looks great. Those docks are amazing.
Col. Tenders made my day lol. I love the silly things that Blizz spreads here and there throughout the game :p
As a guy who lives in my countries largest port town, I can guarantee you the overall aesthetic is exquisitely well done.
I really hope the playable kul tiran humans have the default human model, but with tattoos, facial scars (mostly across the eyes), unique hairsyles and facial hair.\r\rbut more about that later.
This port-town have so deep atmospher. \rI just look at these pictures and I can feel the sea breeze, the smell of salt and fish. I hear the voices of town dwellers and their footsteps on the stone pavement, I hear the rustle of trees and how the banners fly in the wind.\rI hope that in the daytime rains will often go in this town, and in the evenings the fog will creep from the sea.
Merged presige? *Starts a parade of happiness*

Spoiler: \rShame that part is so close to the water.
I don't know, it looks very gobliny to me...\r\rI see what you mean, but Gobliny to me would look more like an engineer\u2019s hoarding pigsty with oil spills, half built robots and piles of repurposed parts lying around.
The shark in the town square totally reminds me of the Jaws attraction that used to be at Universal Studios :)
