Just here to say that I'm actually enjoying the story. Can't wait to play the scenario myself! That said, I do hope the Night Warrior look isn't final. I'd like to see the blue in the eyes be a bit more pronounced.
What a pile of trash.Becomes a Night Warrior just to be taken prisoner. Wow, so badass, right Ian? The guy has a compulsion for making Night Elf characters look like pathetic idiots who always need rescue. And this was by some dumb undead ranger. That's it. Nathanos is just some dumb human ranger, but that makes him mysteriously stronger than a freaking Priestess of the Moon turned Night Warrior by freaking Elune. These developers are so trash when it comes to Night Elves...
All the people complaining about Nathanos' ability to duel it out with Tyrande, but no one ever bats an eye when Anduin (or any human) bats away an orcs 2H swing with what amounts to a toothpick compared to their giant axe. It isn't real, it never is, also Malf should have never survived the encounter with Saurfang and Sylvanas so get over it. The story is flimsy that will never change in WoW. This back and forth could go on indefinitely, either quit or just accept that it will NEVER get better. In fact as stories go on they usually twist lore more and more so if anything it's just going to get worse from here :DDoes't stop me from enjoying the gameplay.
Is it just me, or does this scenario on both sides feel incredibly underwhelming?
I love all the salt in the comments from people who aren't aware of how horrifyingly powerful Nathanos has been even back to Vanilla WoW and act like hes some new force that suddenly came into being in wow and wasn't a force of nature so powerful that Varian Wrynn sent an entire raid to kill acknowledging that it was likely not enough people. Nathos has never been a slouch, and hes only gotten more and more powerful over time. Dude is legit more powerful than most the racial leaders on the horde side and has been since prior to Frozen Throne.
I wonder if the new customization option will be made available to demon hunters... hopefully.
I honestly think it's time to quit Wow for good. This patch was just the final nail in the coffin, or the straw the broke the camels back, for me.I just don't see them fixing this.. Ever.
Just shoot the bloody val'kyrs!
Aw. Belmont is moving up in the world! Talking down to faction leaders and everything. *wipes away a tear* They grow up so fast...
The idea of customisation rewards seems very nice at least, that's the one thing I hope they take from this scenario
Nathanos ain't no slouch- he's the only human to ever become a Ranger Lord and has all the benefits of undeath and necromantic powers from Sylvanas while also not being a falling-apart corpse.Besides, Nathanos surviving (though at the cost of another val'kyr) is ultimately a GOOD thing for the Alliance, since he's Sylvanas's morality pet. Kill him, and Sylvanas has nothing left to live for and no reason to keep the Horde functional while she gets revenge on her lover's killers.
This looks bad.I think this is sending Tyrande down the path of End Times. In End Times she had lost all connection with Elune."Tyrande Whisperwind says: I served you for millennia. But tonight, I do not come as a maiden, mother, or even priestess.Tyrande Whisperwind says: Now, I will serve you only if you grant me justice!"These two lines are what makes me believe this is the beginning of her disconnect from Elune. Since she says she will only serve if she has justice.
Forget Demon Hunters. Will these eyes be available for Death Knights?
Are we going to overlook the fact a valkyrie can MC someone who isnt dead?
