For people worrying about WoW being on mobile,WoW needs to be dumbed down ALOT in order to run on smartphones. (if WoW mobile is coming, I think its going to be a separate game or something that'll supplement the main game, like pet battles on mobile phones.)Even the top line desktop CPUs have a hard time running at high FPS in certain zones. Its going to take several years before mobile CPUs catchup to current desktop CPUs.BUT, this might give an impression to Blizzard that WoW on consoles might be possible lol (basically playing on a controller)The CPUs on PS4 and XBox One X are definitely not enough though. (Maybe PS6 or PS7?)Because consoles are using netbook grade cpus. They can't use high end laptop CPUs because then the consoles will cost like $1000+. Just like how much high end laptops cost. The GPUs on the consoles are ok though, but WoW is a CPU intense game, so it'll be bottlenecked by the CPU anyways.
That's poor. Kill it with click to move, first person view and run it on my calculator. Then it could be called "feast of strenght"
Warcraft Immortal incoming....
i am more surpsied the game have better fps than most people laptop and PC. Ghahahahah. This just future proof how dumbed down the game is.Also don't worry, i know it's suck for Diablo playerbase to be the sacrificial lamb, but after the Diablo Immortal (F) recipient, unless they really going to go full EA, it'll take some collective insane to the membrane people in Blizzard to make WoW into mobile. The possibility is out there, but i doubt it'll happen soon, atleast not in this expansion.I feel like most people are on the verge of stopping playing this game anyway, and if this expansion additional contents (8.1 to probably 8.3) doesn't deliver, next expansion will probably will be met with huge skeptical, because unlike WoD to Legion transition, i feel like BFA launch do more damage to WoW than WoD "content draught" is.Which, in my opinion, hugely caused by Azerite Gear (the VERY core gameplay of BFA) and secondly by the lore... my goodness Burning of Teldrassil story suck not because it's a bad story, but because on how badly cut it is in-game and if you don't read the novel from the Collector edition (available free online though) it's pretty much a different story with so many great details missing.
You guys have phones, right?Welcome to WoW's future.
Where can I buy one of these? I didn’t even know that these existed
If you're wondering, the UI in that video is called AzeriteUI.
World of Warcraft: Immortal, NOICE!
This is a garbage article
A handheld gaming computer.Means its not a mobile phone - so we all good guys.Kinda cool, would mind having this lol.
The problem isn't the size of the screen or the processer chip. It's the controls. Try doing the same by using tactile controls with your fingers covering half the screen.EDIT : And just to be clear, I'm aware he's not using a keyboard and mouse. He's not the first to use a controler. But he IS using a controler, not a tactile screen.
I actually dare you to bring WoW to mobile Blizzard, see how fast your game will die. I dare you.
Is this some kind of an Activision-sponsored gimmick to try and push a WoW-mobile game down our throats in the future? This actually made my stomach turn. /dislike
The UI the dude uses is bonkers though... wish it would be viable on big screens without oversizing all the elements
World of Warcraft Immortal confirmed
I really really want some day WoW to be playable on smart watch... and please Activision start thinking to this....period!Just joking ;)
