\rWow is their job and Blizzard has realised it. That's the reason Blizzard is not going to make changes based on what these guilds like or dont like. They might change coins so you cant use coin on one boss multiple times.\r\rThat's quite funny considering they specifically forced personal loot on everyone to nerf the efficiency of Mythic raiding guild and force them to stay subbed a little bit longer before clearing the content.\r\rEven more funny to consider that "Blizzard is not going to make changes based on what these guilds like or don't like" when "these guilds" are the peoples who actually allow Blizzard to make monney thanks to E-sport sort of things.
Looking at all the extra step that had to do to get their usual 5x the amount of gear they are suppose to during the first week of raiding make me happy they removed ML.
personal loot is make game better. protect players. ""this is not method's game or any mythic-runner guilds.""\r\rThis right here.\r\r This isn't a personal loot problem this is a method problem.\r\rPersonal loot is great for the majority of WoW's players.
I enjoyed watching the race, but its rather was a pay to win, not an actual race. Thier debt is around 17.000 euro, real life money. And this is just the debt. Im pretty sure they spent more than 40.000 euro for this. Im get it, they got sponsored and everything but stil its looks like to me a simple P2W "Method"...
I'm curious how they went into debt with gold they didn't have, or maybe it's not being explained right. 50-100 million is a lot of gold. Is there a WoW gold credit card for the 1%?\r\rThe same way you go in debt with MONEY you don't have... that is why is call debt.... \rIf you use your credit card, over the limit of the money you have on the bank, what happen ? You start spending your banks money, not yours , after that you will have to pay what you owe, with the money you own and a bit of extra.\rSo what does that mean in wow ? They ask for gold of a bank(other players) and now they owe that gold to those banks(players).\r\rMagic!
Personal loot is fine - It saves a lot of time.\r\rThe trading rules are not fine. If a character has a 385 and wins a less-useful 400 (because wrong stats or Azerite\/trinket abilities), they should be able to trade it.\r\rOr even worse can't trade it because it's a ilevel 385 staff and they have ilevel 400 onehand\/offhand combo already.
They get a lot of respect for the thoughtfulness and effort they put in. However it's so ironic to hear Method players talk about how much they hate the game, yet still they play and they're making money off of it. If that's your goal, then that's what you have to do. It just seems like so many of them are so negative all the time.I mean realistically it's only the world first raiders who felt compelled to chain run island expeditions an ungodly amount. These are the only people doing multiple split runs of heroic to gear up. They're also the ones who have the largest streams so you hear their negative opinions all the time. Yeah, the more competitive you get, the more you are going to try and eek out every possible advantage. Congrats on world's first, if they hate the game then why does it matter so much for them to win?
While i'm good with the current system, and how it impacts me. I'm not that crazy about DKP, reserved loot, loot funneling etc. I don't mind guilds having the choice to funnel loot via master looter. I however, likely would not be a member of a guild that did based on my priorities around play and those I raid with seem to share the same thoughts.

""this is not method's game or any mythic-runner guilds.""\r\rThis right here.\r\r This isn't a personal loot problem this is a method problem.\r\rPersonal loot is great for the majority of WoW's players.\r\rI'd be in favor of 'guild' runs being able to master loot to prevent (or lessen the need for) the hijinks that went in to securing world first. I just likely would not be a member of a guild that used master looter. And I certainly would not be in favor of that being forced on PUG groups.
For casual guilds? Personal loot is fantastic. No more stupid fights over DKP. No more stupid fights over who gets the loot that the loot council decides on. No more %@$%ing horrible loot systems to track. No more ridiculous delays where half the people are idle for trash because they're trying to figure out loot. Almost everyone in my guild is so much happier without a loot system. Screw that nonsense. Also, if I want I can PUG a raid and actually have a chance at getting drops. That's a big plus.
not by much ? just enough the get them the second kill before world second but ok
Reading this comment section was quite painful. The ammount of people not realizing what consequenzes their ideas would have is staggering. Combining that with all those comments somehow blaming Method for things that go wrong in WoW... yeah.. I'm speechles. \r\rMethod only won because of money? Do you people seriously believe that everyone could do the same if only yadda yadda? \r\rThey pushed the limits (no pun intended) and made for one hell of a show. BfA is already bleeding subs and now you hate on them for the hype and the entertainment they provided? Nothing of what they do would impact any of the haters, if those haters chose to ignore them instead of hating for the sake of hating. \r\rI stand by my point - this comment section is painful to read... but it made me laugh more than once, so I guess it's fine.
