The problem with this raid is that we dont know what is real and what isnt :)
An old god stuck inside a blade? Compared to massive titan facilities used to contain them or divine intervention ripping them out of the ground? If there was an option to put them in blades you'd think that be preferable...I think Wrathion acting good has to be ruse. He just got his hands on one of the most powerful artifacts in the world. There is a scene not seen yet with him "talking" to the dagger and the dagger saying it has the power to restore his dragonflight to glory. I think the reason we used the heart to destroy N'zoth is because Wrathion has kept the dagger for himself.
I'm so glad Azshara is free and continuing to be a threat, she is such a great character and I would hate for her to be thrown away.
I know my comment might be removed because of this, but as a European I feel like it's my obligation to point this out. It's football, not soccer.
So how do I join Azshara's faction?
As i said on the YT coments of the "cutscene" about n'zoth "death" i higly doubt this is little cutscene using game engine only is actually the end of the fight agaisnt n'zoth i bet its not even the way we will kill him since we just see a flash of light at the end of video and not n'zoth actually dead As for Azshara i hope she can turn somexwhat friendly somehow learn to be trutsting mortals a bitl ike NB or Valtrois that thought other races was useless i wouldl ove azshara to be actual good hero or something i just hope she dont die and she actually trick sylvanas hard
And so Azshara is free... to be totally owned by Tyrande when their paths cross again as the Night Warrior rains lunar vengeance on the Naga Queen for betraying Mother Moon.
This would actually be a question directed to Squishei. I'm asking this not because I dispute it but because I don't understand it. "Perhaps Azshara, meddling with the Zandalari leadership and Kul Tiras fleets in early Battle for Azeroth, was also responsible for Elune's weakened power in the War of the Thorns as well."Am I correct in thinking that the WotT happens before we go to Zandalar or Kul Tiral? No matter the time line how would Azshara's actions in those areas effect Elune's ability to take action in Ashenvale and Darkshore under any circumstances? On a separate but related matter, I don't really understand why people keep saying (Tyrnade included) that Elune abandoned the night elves. She was there to comfort the dying in the Temple. She was there to grant the power of the Night Warrior to Tyrande. But in a world with free will gods can't do everything for us. The peoples of any reality need to be able to make their own decisions and those decisions need to have real consequences. Bad things have happened to the night elves before. Elune didn't stop these things, and yet the night elves kept their faith. I don't think it's necessarily that these gods don't have to power to stop these things, it's that there is a 'rule book' for the gods the outlines the limits of their interference with the events of the world.
