You CANNOT roll an AP map unless you are 69.9 or lower, all the people who are 70 already this info is irrelevant to as they cannot get an AP mission; only gold, residium or transmog. Also; residium maps on live are converted to gold if in progress and removed entirely if not started when copied to PTR, which isn’t surprising because blizzard is entirely devaluing current Residium, imagine having 6x what you need to purchase a piece day 1?EDIT: To those interested:Week 2 advice: Follow it, ignoring #2Week 3 advice: Follow it.Week 1 advice: Disregard it.
Isn't all our titan residuum going to be reset once Season 4 starts? That's one week after the patch, so all that extra titan residuum you might gain on patch day is just going to be lost isn't it? (Well converted "to silver" anyway)
I'd rather have the 5gold (and 5k gold bonus), and the 2k from turning in island expeditions anyway. AP and residuum will come.
I've largely ignored islands after maxing my HoA's AP for two compounding reasons.
Great "Tip" but should have mentioned that it only works if your HOA is below lvl 70 and people still not maxed out HOA gives no damn about this tip at all
Yeah because people who still aren't HoA lvl 70 care a lot about AP.
Honestly, this news article should just be deleted. We've seen Blizzard do everything they can to make sure that people can't stockpile any sort of advantage going into a new patch/season, and this will be no different. A cutting edge player has nothing to gain from manipulating the treasure maps, and the average player won't care about something like this.
So much negativity in these comments, lol. Wowhead should just not post anything at all maybe. Even the articles just about upcoming mounts have tons of people just complaining.
So, when it comes to Titan Residuum, I wonder, is it a good idea to buy azerite gear before the new patch, and then take it to be scrapped. I have been hoarding my current azerite gear in my bank hoping this will work.
