Edit: See the comment by Booyerz below. To paraphrase: This is a fair point to make. 400 20-man parties would be 8,000 chances to drop, which makes much more sense. I personally did 11 groups of the world boss and saw 0 mounts from anybody in the groups, and a noticeable decrease in the mount of loot overall compared to last rotation. This is a 1% drop-chance mount, 400 kill groups and seeing none showing mount, a 2% chance of that happening is a logical conclusion, but so is it being a bug. I am also in the WoW secret finding discord for the purpose of mount chatting, and Not a single person has posted receiving the mount from World Boss.

Personally I am hoping for a change to the world boss rotation to account for a week of missed chances from this Bug.
