Not really comparable with Goblin Gliders as these give you a much bigger forward vector. It really is more like slow fall or the Humming Black Dragonscale.Still useful to prevent a death from falling of course.
Noticed as per today (28-Nov-2020) the cooldown on the toy has been increased to 15 minutes
this does not appear to be account wide, as it does not appear in the toy box on any of my alts unfortunately.
note: do not try getting when there's world quest near it, (it's something you transform into ardenmoth and gathering 10 anima whatever) it will not spawn because of (maybe) different layer. First clear the world quest, then try getting it. (confirmed for me)
