Explains why mobs in Nazjatar have as much health as lvl 60 mobs, then. They aren't dangerous due to still being 10 lvls lower, but it was still weird they were taking as long to kill as my world quest mobs. I figured it just had something to do with the level squish.
So, paragon cache have been nerfed, I am sure the 2k gold emissary is next unless it was stealth nerfed, and of course mobs hit like they are level 60 in BFA zones. I am pretty sure this is Blizzards way of &*!@ing up BFA so bad that they can just ignore that it ever existed and pray no one takes the Boralus/Dazar portal ever again.
Even after the expansion is done BFA continues to be annoying.
Could solo most of mythic antorus before prepatch, can't do it anymore. Feels bad.
Is the post gone? Every time I try to click the original post it redirects me to the home page of the forums.
If a raid-ready character parties up with a fresh 60, how does this impact the health and damage of open world creatures?
If you're planning on farming BfA and Legion world content, keep characters at level 50 to do it.
What I want to know is... Why is my lvl 49 Demon Hunter now locked out of Chromie time. All she mentions is something about a situation in Icecrown... tried opening a ticket but I could not find a way to report this and there is no other info regarding it. Used to be easy to get in contact with a GM...
Let's also talk about the fact that Tomb of Sargeras still can't be soloted in heroic and mythic.(same for moste of Legions raid, I just can't imagine what it'll be for Uldir etc).
Is that why it took me 10 minutes to kill a rare in darkshore after shadowlands launched on my well geared lvl 50 warlock? Because that's new and frustrating, not some bull#$%^ about fresh level 60 characters in the CURRENT expansion.
ilvl scaling should not exist to begin with. It invalidates power progression which integral part of RPG.That ilvl scaling does much more harm than good, despite blizzard claims opposite.Every time Blizzard attempts to do any kind of ilvl scaling they fail horribly at that:- remember that pvp ilvl scaling fiasco that was exploited by Rextroy around end of BFA?- and another one at start of BFA where Legion chars were stomping max level BFA chars?- and many more other cases I forgot already...May be its time to stop and remove that nonsense?
And it feels as bad as when those Single-player RPG's have scaling systems.BFA was already a bad feeling, Shadowlands is worse in this regard.
This is kinda ridic
Does anyone else miss the old days when mobs in zones had set levels... it was so much simpler, and imo more satisfying when leveling up made you stronger than the stuff you were fighting. Kinda the whole point of leveling up!
As mentioned by others they also need to fix the scaling for old dungeon and raid content.
