September 13th Hotfixes
The latest round of Legion hotfixes are up! Of particular note, Soul Shards now regenerate to 3 while out of combat (up from 1), and the cooldown on

was reduced to 30 seconds.
As discussed in last week's Developer Q&A, warlocks (and Demonology especially) needed to go through several spellcasts in order to generate the Soul Shards required to cast the spells needed for them to operate at peak efficiency. In outdoor gameplay and against packs of enemies in dungeons, this often meant that combat was ending just as the warlock was getting warmed up. Allowing warlocks to begin combat with 3 Soul Shards instead of 1 should let them bring more of their arsenal to bear in shorter encounters.

Blizzard has posted a new wave of pre-expansion hotfixes, including a nerf to Stage 4 invasion boss melee damage.
Hotfixes for the Week of August 8th - 12th
In this post, we will be tracking hotfixes for the week of August 8th. So far significant hotfixes have included:

In non-Legion news, we have 6.2.3 hotfixes for the Shipyard, an overview of upcoming in-game events for December 2015, and recent blue tweets.
Some of the important Shipyard updates in testing are:
Rare naval missions should now appear more frequently.
Increasing the chance of success on a naval mission will now also decrease the chance a ship will be destroyed on failure. If the mission success chance is at or above 90%, no ships will be lost on the mission.
Naval blockade missions now have a shorter duration of 30 minutes (down from 4 hours), reduced

cost to 50 (down from 100), and increased the amount of time before a naval blockade returns to 7 days (up from 5 days).
