after the whole quest is over u will gain -
65,650 xp
2g 70s
1200 rep with the Mag'har
825 rep with Thrallmar
500 rep with Orgrimmar
one of 4 items -
1) Ceremonial Robes (116 armor +22 stam +23 intel +14 spirit, and +up to 26 dmg and healing by spells)

2) Tribal Hauberk (485 armor +19 agi +28 stam +19 hit rating and +38AP

3) Thunderforge Leggings (756 armor +19 str +19 intel +28 stam +up to 22 dmg and healing by spells)

4) Clefthoof Hide Mask (179 armor +33 stam +23 crit rating +44 AP)

He's in the Valley of Wisdom in Org, all the way in the back. Some of us may have not visited Thrall in a while and forgotten. For the Horde!

I found him, but he wouldn't finish the quest for me since he was too busy running around killing dracoliches in the valley of honor. I waited a while, but he just wouldn't stop. Who can blame him. Once those things find their way in they're on every corner trying to scare the populace.

After turning in this quest, we see a short cutscene where Thrall leaves his throne and walks slowly down the stairs in shock.

"Thrall says: My people have survived in Outland..."
"Thrall says: Unnoticed for years..."
"Thrall says: ...uncorrupted!"

Noticing that Thrall is kneeling at the base of the stairs, Eitrigg comes rushing over.

"Eitrigg says: Thrall! My lord... are you all right?"
"Thrall says: I'll be fine, Eitrigg. We must begin preparations... I need to go to Outland at once!"
"Eitrigg says: With all due respect, Warchief. Our enemies would take advantage of your sudden absence if we don't prepare properly."

Thrall walks back up the stairs, and turns around after a moment of thinking.

"Thrall says: You are right, Eitrigg. The timing is unfavorable. Make sure our best ambassadors are sent as envoys to Hellscream."
"Eitrigg says: At once, sir! For the Horde!"

Eitrigg is dismissed and runs back to his regular spot in Grommash Hold. Right before sitting back on his throne, Thrall says as an afterthought:
"Thrall says: If he's anything like his father, allying with the Mag'har will mark the dawn of a new age for the Horde."

Why Are some of you acting like telling somebody where a NPC is, well..like it's WRONG if they don't know, maybe there are some of us who have lives.....he's in the valley of wisdom, FOR THE HORDE INDEED! Go Horde!

This one counts towards the "To hellfire and back" achivement.

This quest seems to have been removed as of 4.0.1. After completing "The Mag'har" I was not able to obtain this quest. The pre-req "The Mag'har" offers the same quest rewards that were previously offered for completing the follow-up to this quest, "Envoy to the Mag'har."

Also, FYI, the SSO dailies in Kiljaden won't count for To Hellfie and Back, I just did them. Neither do the Shattered Halls quest nor the Bloodfurnace quests. I got some more mag'har rep and that didn't help open these quests either! ack!

They also took out the shattered halls key quest line. This leaves exactly 90 quests in Hellfire Peninsula.

So you have to do every single quest.

The two hardest quests are the PvP quest where you have to take the 3 towers (depending on your server), and the quest to bring the head of magtheridon.
