Item Upgrades in Patch 5.3, Oondasta's Health Reduced by 50%

They'll be returning in Patch 5.3 at a reduced cost for PvE gear.

0 Очки доблести is needed to upgrade an item by 4 levels, instead of 0 Очки доблести as in Patch 5.1.

5.2 Justice items now require 750 Justice to upgrade per 8 item levels, for a total of 750 Justice for 8 item levels per item.

Season 12 PvP items can be upgraded, but no other PvP items for the foreseeable future. Many PvPers did not like the concept of upgrades, and there were some imbalance issues going from ilvl 483 Honor gear that was upgraded to ilvl 491 in 5.1, to ilvl 476 un-upgradeable Honor gear in 5.2.

Agreed, this is an amazing fight of epic proportions and really tiny arms. We definitely want players to have more chances to experience it. The epicness should be about fighting it, not about finding when it spawns, even though that can also be somewhat fun as long as the timer is not so long that it gets frustrating.

You should be able to find Mr. “Tiny Hands” Ундаста a bit more often now.

Patch 5.2 Hotfixes - March 19th

Season 13 PvP weapons are ilvl 498, up from ilvl 493, to match Season 12 Elite weapons.

Malevolent Gladiator ilvl 476 items now have more stamina to make them comparable to their pre-5.2 counterparts.

Zandalari Warbringers are now immune to crowd control and interrupt effects.

Жертвенный кинжал Ра'ши is now on a 30 min cooldown and has a cast time, instead of a 5 min cooldown. No more saving repair costs on every boss wipe.

Activation chance for trinket effects on a pull has been increased.

Every time the trinket fails to activate, there's an increasing chance that it will activate.

Increased the activation chance for agility and strength trinkets from Throne of Thunder by 10%.
