The mechanics are all fun and fine, he just has waaay too much health to deal with the short timer on Mythic. If the conduit didn't break after 2 intermissions, he might be a fun boss. But the insane dps requirements make this boss impossible if you aren't in a top 100 guild. If he had 550M instead of 650M it wouldn't be the end of the raid right there for the majority of mythic raiders.

Overview – Rashok gradually gains energy over time while outside the Elder's Conduit. At 100 energy, Rashok gains [Ancient Fury] and begins to pulse deadly Shadowflame damage.
Rashok's powerful [Searing Slam] creates a [Lava Vortex] which pours forth [Lava Wave] across the chamber.
- Tank –
  Rashok gains [Ancient Fury] at 100 energy and begins to pulse deadly Shadowflame to all players.
  Rashok is incapacitated and gradually loses energy while inside the [Elder's Conduit].
  Rashok executes a series of deadly attacks during [Wrath of Djaruun].
- Damage Dealers –
  [Searing Slam] creates a [Lava Vortex] at the impact location.
  [Doom Flames] inflict massive Shadowflame damage to all players if it fails to hit at least one player.
- Healers –
  Rashok inflicts heavy damage to all players with [Scorching Heatwave] while inside the [Elder's Conduit].
  [Searing Slam] inflicts more damage each time it's cast.

- Ancient Fury – Upon reaching 100 energy, Rashok becomes immune to the Elder's Conduit and overloads with pulsing flame, inflicting 546314 Shadowflame damage to all players every 1 sec.
- Searing Slam – Rashok leaps toward a target player and slams the ground, creating a Lava Vortex at that location and inflicting 235378 Fire damage to all players. This damage is increased by 20% for each Lava Vortex in the chamber.
  
  The slam's impact causes each Lava Vortex to pour forth Lava Wave.
  
  A Lava Explosion erupts if Searing Slam hits a Lava Vortex.
  
  Shadowflame Energy hit by Searing Slam is destroyed.
